We prepare our homemade chowders in our kitchen overlooking Willapa Bay.
We use only fresh oysters and clams grown in Willapa Bay and fresh salmon fished direct from nearby cold Pacific ocean waters.
Fresh cream, vegetables and herbs are locally sourced from Washington and Oregon.
It's harder and more expensive to cook this way but the results are well worthwhile.
We do not use artificial flavors, colors or ingredients.
