Fabulous Vongole Baby Clam Dip - Prep. Time 35 Minutes
INGREDIENTS:
2 pounds Willapa Vongole Clams, 6 oz. Light Cream Cheese, 2 tablespoons Light Mayonnaise, 3 tablespoons Light Sour Cream, 1 teaspoon grated Onion, 1/4 teaspoon crushed Garlic, 2 tablespoons Lime Juice, 1/4 teaspoon Horseradish. Whole Grain Chips or Crackers.
PREPARATION:
Open 2 pounds of Vongole in microwave. Just open, donīt cook. Remove meat and reserve liquor. Refrigerate. Mix Light Cream Cheese, Light Mayonnaise, Light Sour Cream, Onion, Garlic, Lime Juice and Horseradish in small bowl. Add Vongole and liquor. Mix well. Refrigerate 20 minutes. Serve with Whole Grain Chips or Crackers.
