Virginia Holway´s Oyster Stew - Prep. Time 25 Minutes

INGREDIENTS:
24 Extra Small Willapa Oysters, 4 cups Milk (or half & half), 2 tablespoons Butter, Salt and freshly ground Black Pepper, Parsley for garnish, Oyster Crackers.
PREPARATION:
Open Oysters in microwave. Just open, don´t cook. Remove meat from shells. Put Oysters in sauce pan and season with Salt and freshly ground Black Pepper. Don´t heat Oysters. Heat Milk and Butter to very hot in separate sauce pan. Add very hot Milk and Butter to sauce pan with Oysters. Garnish with Parsley. Serve immediately with Oyster Crackers.
